Every HIMALÉ piece is made to order. Your specification and delivery destination are agreed before production begins.

Delivery timing

Our estimated lead time is 3–4 weeks delivered to your address, measured from specification approval. The final timing is confirmed privately for your order. Customs processing or a particular material request may affect the estimate.

International delivery

We are preparing service for the UAE, United Kingdom, European Union and United States. Destination eligibility and required exotic-skin documentation are checked before an order is accepted.

For confirmed destinations, we arrange duties-paid delivery. The final written quotation confirms shipping charges and what is included, before you pay.

Payment

A 50% deposit starts your agreed commission, with the remaining balance due before dispatch. Your order confirmation states the full price, deposit and outstanding balance.

Returns

We offer free returns on pieces without personalisation such as names or initials. Contact our team before arranging a return. The return window, procedure and applicable conditions will be provided in writing before your order is accepted.

For personalised pieces, discuss cancellation and return arrangements with us before approving production. This service information does not limit any rights that apply to your purchase.
